Let me start by saying, I love how I thought I was going to have this rigid schedule around sharing content on here- how I would share in all my favorite ways each week. How I would sit at my desk in my office and devote myself to a certain number of hours each day. I love how I declared it- announced it- here, in email, and on social media… only for the Universe to LOL (with me, not at me) and say, “Girl, you know that’s not how you’re meant to operate. It goes against everything in your Human Design.”
I share to say… I will continue sharing every week (because my soul can’t not); however, instead of making sure I share something specific on a specific day, I’m going to honor the fact that I’m a dancer- I am here to F L O W. So moving forward, there is no schedule, there are no guidelines, no restrictions. Sharing what comes up when it comes up. For some people, their human design prefers a schedule and structure, some operate best with a little of both… For me, it’s all about being wide open constantly, in the flow always, and dancing with the callings of God forever and ever. Amen. Want to know more about how you’re designed to operate, you know I’m always here for Time for TEA sessions- or if you’ve already had a sesh or a Tune Up, we can dive deeper with Reflection or Reverence Sessions.
So here I am, sharing (on a Thursday morning from my bed) a topic I didn’t have written in my notes, in a way I didn’t intend to share simply because I felt the call.
It began with witnessing Willow (my 11yr old daughter) for the past few mornings. For whatever reason, inspiration struck- I think in large part because it is Pisces Season and as a Pisces herself, she knows she belongs in the water. All week, she has set an alarm and has been waking up early to take a swim in the village’s community pool. She comes home after a few laps, showers, and gets ready for school. Typically in the mornings, Willow isn’t feeling it. She LOVES dreamworld (her sun and midheaven are in Pisces) and while she loves her days, getting started isn’t her favorite thing. Once she’s awake and ready, she’s good to go- but there are definitely mornings where she is a bit grumpy.
However, this week it has been like seeing a whole new child. She wakes up early, puts on her swimsuit, grabs her towel and is off. This morning, she came back so happy and cheerful. I noticed but didn’t say anything- I smiled internally knowing exactly what was happening: By honoring her mornings and making them something she looked forward to, it totally changed her belief around waking up, enjoying the start of her day, etc. Today, she even got dressed then came downstairs to make her breakfast on her own- an omelette with tomatoes and an apple with peanut butter which she sliced beautifully. She was intentional about what she was choosing to put into her body, she took pride in the presentation. She sat down to eat and you could tell she was VIBING. Almost like she was trying not to laugh because her happiness was about to explode up and out of her.
As she asked for a bit of my tea, we then spent some time chatting about her morning and the choices. I asked why she all of a sudden felt the urge to wake up early and swim and she said, “It was just an idea that came to me this week and I went with it.” I asked if she noticed a difference in the rest of her morning/day. She said, “I feel more excited. I really like having that quiet time in the water. It puts me in a better mood.”
All of this to say, I found it fascinating how last week’s podcast was all about the power of mornings.. about understanding that mornings are the foundation of our days and that our days add up to make up our lives. Therefore, mornings play a massive role in how we will experience our days and ultimately our lives. If you haven’t already, listen HERE.
And here I was seeing how that energy is clearly in the ethers right now, as Willow had no earthly idea that I was speaking on this very subject last week and yet, she felt moved to make her mornings even more sacred as well.
THEN, in an effort to really ensure my mornings feel aligned with my authentic code, I have been more intentional this week about what I consume. I do love to read and use my brain in the mornings… Sometimes after I meditate, journal, or have a sacred moment, I find myself scrolling- now, of course, my instagram feed is extremely curated and is essentially just spiritual teachings, travel accounts, and artists. But still, instagram likes to slip in random things into the feed also and of course, my monkey mind easily hops around and gets sucked into information that is literally of zero interest or value to me and yet, it’s still being consumed even if I keep scrolling and don’t pause to read.
So instead, I’ve been really loving this new app I downloaded called Humane Space (no affiliation, I just really like it). It’s an app that ultimately offers beautiful information for you to consume if you’re one who genuinely enjoys reading and if you’re like me you don’t always want to read a book. I love getting little snippets of interesting info here and there sometimes. Anyway, the topics range from human evolution to philosophy, to art history and beyond. The article highlighted today was all about how philosophers used walking as their greatest source of inspiration to develop their thoughts and come up with new and inspiring ideas.

Of course, again, I had to chuckle out loud, given THAT was the very topic for this week’s Weekly Attunement- where I share the cosmic wisdom of the week and offer a playlist to go with it to help us bathe in those frequencies.
Two moments TODAY that completely affirmed the energy I’m sharing on this platform. It was so important for me to have those affirmations because if I’m honest, I had a weird week of really moving through a sticky block I’ve carried with me for so long… imposter syndrome and thinking I’m inferior and no good at my craft. Although my thinking mind knows those thoughts are completely irrational and not backed up by actual data, still I understand that I picked them up somewhere in my life. I have some ideas of where they came from (another share for another day), but still I often brush this block off because my mind knows it is ridiculous. However, just because your mind knows something is silly and untruthful doesn’t mean you believe it to be different… it doesn’t mean that your body experiences in some other way.
I had to really face this block of mine this week head on and in doing so, I got a little cold yesterday (snot and sneezing) which always happens every time I’m having a personal breakthrough and up-leveling- it’s like my body’s way of physically moving (or sneezing) out the block and forcing me to sit down to rest while it is cleared and transmuted. So yesterday, I knew what was happening. Although I felt fine minus the snot and sneezing, I knew I needed to reset and rest. Usually if I’m feeling ok, I push through. I have this other thing where I feel so guilty for being sick (yet another share for another day)- like I’m a burden, I’m making life hard for others, etc etc etc. So, I keep going. Now, I realize what’s happening and I know that if I don’t rest and reset, then the purification and transmutation will be blocked and the psychological and energetic healing won’t fully happen.
With lots of tea, rest, and soup, I woke up feeling so much better this morning only for the universe to affirm that my cosmic downloads aren’t random, but precisely on time… that my words are in alignment with what we need to hear and understand right now in order to really step into who we are and why we’re here.
I had thoughts of wondering if the subjects of WALKING and honoring the MORNINGS were too simple and not necessary. However, today it was affirmed that the simplicity is where it’s at. We don’t need loads of extremely complicated spiritual jargon right now, we need simple energetic shifts that WORK, we need to redevelop a relationship with the simplest things that actually bring forth the greatest change. We need a world where spirituality and wellness is approachable for ALL walks of life.
All to say, I invite you to bathe in the simple things that we know work. Revisit the shares on WALKING and MORNINGS. Listen to Episode 2: What Are You Brewing about the power of understanding energy and how it shapes our reality. It’s all so simple and I think because of the simplicity, it’s easy to overlook how much magic those things can pour into our lives. No need to overthink this week. No need to try to figure things out. Just honor your mornings, go for a walk, and start to feel into your energy and the energy around you. And I’m telling you, massive breakthroughs, upgrades, and up-leveling is coming your way. I am experiencing it for myself in this very moment and it’s powerful. But don’t trust me… don’t even take my word for it… try it for yourself.
Video: Just a few small moments recently that felt important. It’s the small things that add up to become the big things. The simplest of things that really aren’t no simple- they’re massive.
Have you had any kismet moments of affirmation lately? Those moments that affirm you’re doing exactly what you’re meant to be doing or you’re right where you need to be? Those moments where you follow a ping, you act on your intuition, you follow your internal compass and then the universe rewards you to celebrate your courage and action? Let us know in comments. By sharing your story, others are expanded and inspired to tap further into their own insides and act with more courage!
Loads of Love,
Alee
