This week’s channeled message came through loud and clear: WALK.
Not sure what to do… walk.
Don’t know where to go… just start walking.
Confused about what to do next… simply get up and walk.
As this message came through it made sense given the current astrological climate, but I asked god, “what if someone is reading this a year from now? Will it still be relevant?”
The response, “Alee, duh. Of course this message will be relevant. No matter where a person is in their lives… no matter what the current astrology is… no matter the year, cycle, or phase they’re in… they will find the message exactly when they’re meant to- exactly when they need it most.”
And so, no matter when you’re reading this, the universe is encouraging you to walk.
I have been so moved (pun intended) by walking lately. It’s so simple yet completely transformational. Of course there are obvious physical health benefits, but beyond that are the energetics of getting up and taking action, taking one step forward, putting one foot in front of the other, forward movement and motion.
You see when we walk, we are activating the right and left hemispheres of the brain which encourages a blending of creative thoughts with logic and reason so creative problem solving is instantly activated with the action of walking. Not only that, but we also turn on the daydreaming part of the brain which encourages imagination and self realization which actually allows the mind to wander (in a good way) making unexpected connections- all ultimately providing more clarity, imagination, and creative thinking… it helps us connect the dots.
But more than anything it’s showing the universe we are ready to take action, we’re ready to move, we fully trust and are ready to walk into a life of even more meaning, purpose, and alignment.

Walk. Every day this week. Walk. It doesn’t have to be long… it doesn’t have to be intense. Just walk. 10 minutes is amazing. 1 hour is also amazing. It’s not about the quantity of time, but the quality of time.

Before you walk, set an intention or ask the universe a question and use the walk to open yourself up to insights.
Walk in between tasks to wipe the slate clean and reset.

*I’m not saying to do all of the above every single day- just use the above for some general ideas that you might not typically do in a day. Maybe you already go on a walk everyday. How can you change it up (even the slightest little bit) this week?
